Confirmed Service Customer
There's a consistent, inconsistency at Bob Pion. The information relayed when scheduling an appointment is always incorrect or inadequate. I'm not now nor ever have I been a valued customer. Constant inconvenience. These last 3 interactions resulted in complete disregard for the inconvenience of having a vehicle readily available "loner" and I was put in an unsafe situation being made to drive on an emergency tire "donut" when I had to meet medical needs for my baby in Connecticut. Noone seemed to care and I am locked into a bogus 7 year tire warranty which will inevitably keep me going back to the dealership. What a terrible decision to buy a vehicle there.

Went in for an oil change and they alerted me of my very dirty air filters also quick friendly service. Joe is great!
